It is not your action that matters;
It is your vibration.
It is not your action that makes you fat (or wealthy or healthy );
It is your vibration.
It is not what you are doing that makes the difference;
It is how your are feeling about about what you are doing- Abraham

Finding thoughts that make you feel better will raise your vibration. Listening to music that makes you feel better will raise your vibration. Walking in nature, spending time with those you love will raise your vibration.

Raising your vibration means feeling relief from wherever you are right now- so if right now, you are feeling frustrated, then finding a thought that moves you up to, say,…. hopefulness, will bring you relief.

Abraham teaches us that the most important feeling in the world for each and every one of us is……RELIEF!

If I am feeling anger towards my husband about something he has done or said to me, then I need to think a thought that will bring me up to the feeling of perhaps…..disappointment- ” I am so disappointed that he did such and such again. I really thought things were getting better.” Going to love would be way too big a jump at that point. But disappointment or even frustration is a better feeling than anger. And I would have raised my vibration in the meantime, and start to feel better.

I could even start to think thoughts such as “Well, he is trying hard to understand these Abraham teachings. I am hopeful that in time he too will be happier and healthier.” This would then move my vibration up to the feeling level of hopefulness, which is way better feeling than the previous anger. And when I truly vibrate with the feelings of love and appreciation my thoughts about my husband are “Isn’t he an amazing person? I so much appreciate and love him and I am so fortunate to have him in my life!!!”

Now, here is an important distinction: Feelings are NOT-” I feel that if he changed I would be happier” or “I feel that he treated me badly. ” Those are thoughts disguised as feelings. Feelings are “I am worried about the future” or” I am jealous of her success” or ” I am angry at him for not calling me when he said he would”. For the complete scale of 22 possible emotions go to my post called Law of Attraction Part Three- Your Emotions. Are you beginning to understand this process?

Every moment of every day, we have an internal guidance system, our emotions, that can assist us to see where we are vibrationally speaking. And the closer we can spend the day feeling joy and appreciation, the more we are then truly connected to Source, and peace and wellbeing will permeate our beings, and we will experience the world through eyes of love

    Good morning!

    I have been picking up more magazines for my and my husband’s Creation Boxes. He has decided that he wants to re-do our 15 year old kitchen! He loves to cook and this process has inspired him to dream about what he wants in this new kitchen.

    I, on the other hand, keep cutting out pictures of diamond jewelery! I have never before been so interested in diamonds…..but those are the pictures that keep making feel happy, and I even went into a jewelery store the other day to look around.

    And so I have this picture in my mind of my sitting on a lovely new stool in our new kitchen wearing my diamonds and sipping my wine, watching my husband cooking on his new stove top with his new cookware! How good is that!??

    Many say, “When the condition changes, I’ll feel better. When I have more money or move into a better house, or a better mate, then I’ll feel better.” We do not disagree that it does feel better to observe something that is pleasing than something that is not, but that is going about it in a very backwards way.

    Deliberate Creation is not about the condition changing and then your finding a better feeling in response to the changed condition. Deliberate Creation is about choosing a thought that feels good when you choose it, which then causes the condition to change.

    For example, unconditional love is really about wanting so much to remain in connection with your Source of love that you deliberately choose thoughts that allow your connection, no matter what manifestations may be happening nearby. And when you are able to control your point of attraction by deliberately choosing better-feeling thoughts, the conditions that surround you have to change.
    The Law of Attraction says that they must- Abraham

Thirsting for God

Expanses divine my soul craves.
Confine me not in cages,
Or substance or of spirit.
I am love-sick —
I thirst, I thirst for God,
as a deer for water brooks.
Alas, who can describe my pain,
Who will be a violin to express the songs of my grief,
I am bound to the world,

All creatures, all people are my friends,
Many parts of my soul
Are intertwined with them,
But how can I share with them my Light?

    Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook was a mystic and a philosopher born in the middle of the 19th century. Raised in Latvia, he served as the chief rabbi of Jaffa, Palestine until his election to the chief rabbinate of Jerusalem where he served the entire Jewish community of Palestine until his death in 1935. But his true passion was as a poet and writer of volumes- he saw ” the whole universe stirred by the pulsating energies emanating from the divine source of existence.”

    His most popular book is called ” The Lights of Penitence”. Penitence, an archaic word, is used in this context as remembering who we truly are: divinely connected at all times to Source/God.

    This form of penitence dawns on a person through the grace of some inner spiritual force, whose traces point to the depth of the mysterious.

    Day by day, inspired by this higher level of general penitence, his feeling becomes more firm, clearer more illumined by reason…..His manner becomes increasingly brightened, his anger recedes, a kindly light shines on him, he is filled with vigor, his eyes sparkle with a holy fire, his heart is bathed in rivers of delight and holiness and purity hover over him.
